    ASZ Building was established in 1963 by Antonino Zullo, Sal’s father. Antonino quickly established his business as a prestige home builder and was renowned within the industry for his attention to detail and professional reputation. Sal would say he had the best mentor in the industry and it would still be an understatement. Antonino retired from the active side of building in 1993 which left Sal to take over the operations of ASZ Building Constructions. At this time, the business expanded to incorporate multiple projects, starting from concept to completion. Sal quickly established himself as a market leader in the building industry. ASZ has been HIA qualified since its inception and to this day remains a member in good standing. Sal currently works alongside multiple property developers and has an exhaustive list of reputable suppliers, effectively guaranteeing your project will be built on time, within budget and exceed your expectations.

  • Our team of fully qualified and insured tradespeople approach each and every job with the same level of attention to detail that Sal has demanded since starting ASZ Building Constructions. Most of our contract tradespeople have been employed with us for between 5 to 12 years and have a long history of quality workmanship.

    ASZ Building Constructions will build from council approved DA plans prepared by your architect or planner. We prepare a detailed fixed price quotation and advise how to improve on initial budgets to reduce costs. Upon acceptance of our contract, Salvatore and his experienced team of employees and reliable subcontractors will commence work on your new project with your satisfaction guaranteed. Sal ensures all materials and trades used are of the highest quality on each and every project, no matter how small or large. By doing this, Sal is able to maintain his professional reputation and guarantee that your project will provide you with many years of happiness.
